  Directions
  (1) From Tenjin Station, head to Meiji Road towards Hakata and turn right at the Suijo traffic light. Then, turn left at the first pedestrian lights. The boarding dock will be at the foot of Fukuhaku Deai Bridge. (15-minute walk)
  (2) From Nakashu-Kawabata Station, head to Meiji Road towards Tenjin and turn left at the Suijo Park traffic light. Then, turn left at the first pedestrian lights. The boarding dock will be at the foot of Fukuhaku Deai Bridge. (10-minute walk)
  (3) From Acuros bus stop, head to Meiji Road towards Hakata and turn right at the first traffic light at Suijo Park. Then, turn left at the first pedestrian lane. The boarding dock will be at the foot of Fukuhaku Deai Bridge. (8-minute walk)

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• For participants who wish to bring in their pets, please ask the information counter before boarding. Please understand that during peak seasons, pets may not be able to aboard.
• Seats are not reserved.
• Please be at the boarding dock 5 minutes prior to the boarding time.
• Participants may pay an additional JPY 500 on site for a 45-minute extra cruise experience for boats departing before and after 19:00. For more information, please ask the personnel on site.
• This is an unguided cruise with Japanese staff on board.

Requirement(s) - other

• In case participants are unable to board on their desired date, they may reuse their VELTRA voucher within 7 days after the booked date. ex: The reserved activity date is April 1 but customer was unable to board. They may use their voucher from April 2 to 7. However, boarding from April 8 onward will not be accepted.
• The cruise time will be from 11:00 to 21:30. Please head to the dock before closing time.
• For safety purposes, please be aware of where the emergency equipment are located within the boat.
